The cozy rooms. The view from the terrace was outstanding, so peaceful and all facilities were there. The caretaker was a decent person, very good and helpful.

Location and view from the balcony and terrace is excellent, Staff is very polite and supportive. Dish TV was not working. Rooms should have cupboards. Bathrooms are also little congested.

The location was good and it was quite there. The dinner prepared was good.

− When we reached there it was raining. The place didn't had even 1 umbrella. One of the bathrooms was stinking. We thought it was a Homestay but it turned out that it was a leased property managed by somebody sitting in Delhi. It was not a true Homestay so to speak. The WiFi connectivity was poor. The kettle in the room was not working. It was not at all worth the price we paid to stay.

Scenic view & supporting staff. Owner of property was kind enough to check on experience while checking out to look for an improvement area. Food was available whenever requested. Property also has nearby cafe to fulfil your northern taste bud craving. Wi-fi was provided throughout considering area has bad cellular network(at-least for airtel & jio).

− Washroom could have been slightly bigger. Rooms could have had fan just in case if weather goes on toss. Though weather would not require you to use fan. Not a deal breaker issues. To address this shortfall property is soon introducing there refined version which is non home stay concept. No major challenges identified.

The property is at fantastic location in a serene village, facing hill at front side and a valley at other side, offers a good track. Light rain made experience exceptional. Other tourist attraction like Tehri lake, Kanatal adventure activities and surkanada mata shaktipith are 30, 10 and 4km away respectively.
