10.0Perfect quiet location. Rustic and simple. Staff lovely. Sweet little dog, who can never quite get over being a little tiny bit scared of you. Great balcony/terrace. Look over the rice fields. Near cat cat village which I didn't go to because it seems to be run by a mafia. There's even a nice cafe up the road, some shops. Not many options to eat, but doable on foot, even if you don't pay the blood money to enter cat cat. Overall I loved the place, but you probably have to be ok with a more basic and rustic style of accomodation.

10.0The staff was incredible, and gave us a very good deal to rent a motorbike the full stay! It was a very comfortable and welcoming homestay. There are hammocks on the porch, and the views are amazing. It is very quiet and away from the touristy hub of sa pa town.
− Everything was very comfortable and cozy, but there were some hairs, etc. on the mattress if this sort of thing bothers you. Very much worth the price! and the staff and location more than made up for it.
