8.0Pulita, essenziale ma c’era tutto. Posizione ottimale. Host gentile, molto apprezzato anche il kit di ben venuto con acqua, frutta e dolcetti per la colazione
− In una delle due camere non c’è l’aria condizionata. Non a settembre, ma magari in un periodo più caldo potrebbe essere un problema vista l’umidità del luogo

10.0Appartamento ampio, pulito, accogliente, silenzioso, appartato, attrezzato per ogni esigenza. Bagni funzionali, attrezzati e completi. Armadi grandi e capienti. Biancheria pulita. Letto comodo (seppur rumoroso). A pochi passi dai servizi centrali in via appartata. Cordialità, disponibilità, risposte immediate.

10.0Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr sauber, modern und man sieht das alles neu ist. Der Besitzer hat uns sehr nett empfangen und der Checkin war auch total easy. Man konnte vor Ort auch direkt mit Kreditkarte zahlen. Die Ortschaft selber ist sehr zu empfehlen, Orte ist eine wunderschöne, historische Altstadt.
− Vorsicht wenn ihr ein größeres Auto habt, wir haben einen Q7 und hatten echt Probleme durch die engen Gassen von Orte zu fahren, da muss man echt geschickt sein um sein Auto nicht zu ruinieren. Die einheimischen und der Besitzer waren aber so nett, dass wir ohne Beschädigung unser Auto wieder aus der Stadt gebracht haben und auf einem großen öffentlichen Parkplatz kostenlos parken konnten. Dafür aber keinen Stern Abzug, da ja der Besitzer dafür nichts kann. Soll also nur als Hinweis dienen, dass man hier nicht mit seinem großen Auto direkt in die Altstadt fährt sondern außerhalb direkt auf dem Parkplatz parken sollte.

− La temperatura dell’acqua della doccia non si riesce a regolare passa da calda a fredda e viceversa, le mensole al posto dei comodini a fianco al letto un po’ pericolose.

10.0La struttura è veramente accogliente, tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Dotata di tutti i comfort e con posizione centrale. Torneremo presto😀
