Perfect apartment
10.0I can say easily that this one of the best apartment I ever stayed. The apartment having all you need, very clean and very modern . Also the owner is very nice person and very cooperative. He was in touch with me before and during my stay . All the time asking if everything ok. Also location is amazing and the view is Waw . Just setting in balcony makes you have too much fun and enjoyment. I highly recommend to stay there .

Incredible views, incredible host, incredible location.
10.0Beds were large and comfy!! The host was amazing - so kind and very communicative. The place was very clean and the air conditioning worked well in all rooms. Easy short walk to a nearby beach & beach bar/restaurant (good food & drinks!). And the VIEWS!!! Unbeatable.

First big disappointment on booking.com for a long long time.
6.0The host was nice, so was the location and the included parking inside the property.
− It’s difficult to see how this property is 9+ score. It’s quite run down. I don’t know when the last renovation was done, but whoever did it either did a very poor job or the property has seen a lot of use since then. The bathroom walls are falling apart, the floor is quite banged up and dirty. It looks great in the photos but in reality it’s not good and definitely far from “first class”. The balcony itself is also quite dirty and the whole apartment generally looks very tired.
