− L’accueil à la réception À notre arrivée en soirée, nous avons dû attendre près d’une heure avant de pouvoir effectuer le check-in, car la réceptionniste était absente et se trouvait au village en train de faire la fête. Le lendemain, au moment du départ, la situation s’est malheureusement répétée : nous avons attendu environ 40 minutes pour pouvoir régler notre facture, la réceptionniste dormant encore. Lorsqu’elle est finalement descendue vers 10 h 30, elle était en pyjama, ne nous a même pas salués et semblait à peine réveillée. Ce n’était pourtant pas mon premier séjour dans cet hôtel, et à chaque fois l’attente à la réception est excessivement longue. C’est vraiment dommage, car ce manque de professionnalisme nuit à l’expérience des clients.
