10.0I had a truly comfortable stay at Aroma Inn and Eatery during my trip to Shillong! The rooms were very spacious, especially the joint rooms which are available for more than 2 guests. Everything was kept extremely clean and neat—a big plus for me. The owner, Gautam, is one of the most polite and humble hosts I’ve ever met. No matter what time of the day it was, he personally made sure that all our needs were taken care of. He also provided a cab driver and a detailed itinerary for sightseeing in Shillong. The staff—Ashok, Sara, Sameer and a few others were always smiling, respectful, and super helpful. Their housekeeping services were also amazing. Another highlight is the in-house restaurant. The food was delicious, fresh and of great quality, which made it very convenient after the long days of exploring the place. All of this came at a very reasonable price, which made it even more satisfying. If you're planning a trip to Shillong, I highly recommend staying here. It felt like a home away from home. ✨❤️

4.0The manager & staff themselves do not have any coordination... The manager himself may get angry with you if you are giving food orders to the waiter!
− Punctuality & staff coordination must be there. Rather having those taking it out on the guest is absolutely bizzare.
