− Había hormigas en el baño y alguna mancha en la colcha. La tira de led del techo se queda medio encendida por la noche y no tienes oscuridad total.

4.0− Abbiamo prenotato questa sistemazione per una notte, senza sapere che la proprietaria avrebbe dormito all’interno dello stesso appartamento. Solo al nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che sarebbe rimasta anche lei in casa. Considerando che abbiamo pagato 78 € per una sola notte, abbiamo ritenuto questa situazione poco corretta, soprattutto perché non era indicata in modo chiaro durante la prenotazione. Se ne fossimo stati informati preventivamente, probabilmente avremmo scelto un’altra struttura. Per questo motivo abbiamo richiesto un rimborso, che però ci è stato negato. Anche l’assistenza di Booking non ci ha soddisfatto, riteniamo che dovrebbe verificare con maggiore attenzione le informazioni fornite dalle strutture presenti sul proprio portale, affinché gli ospiti possano prenotare in piena consapevolezza.

− A bit of a trek into the city. Steep stairs to main upstairs bedroom could be a challenge for some people.
