Well located, well equipped and spotless clean property we didn’t want to leave.
10.0Perfect location across the road from the beach and just a short walk into the centre of Southwold. Spotless clean property, light and airy. Well equipped with u/floor heating and usable patio.
− Very narrow drive, that needs to be navigated with care. We have a Qashqui, and it just fit with careful reversing.

8.0The Wee House had great facilities, and the positioning of the property was perfect with only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Southwold. The underfloor heating downstairs was a very nice touch.
− Upon checking into the property there were a lot of flies in the bedrooms, which is unusual for the time of year (end of November). We managed to get rid of most of the flies ourselves, but it was an odd situation and made the bedrooms feel a little unclean. The downstairs shower also had a broken waterfall showerhead.

9.0Lovely light and airy well-equipped house in great location. Good under floor heating downstairs. Large showers.
− Upstairs radiators did not warm the bedrooms up much. I was there at the end of October though! The security light of a holiday let opposite kept going on and off every 20 seconds overnight, so hard to sleep as thin curtains. Popped a note through their door and it was turned off. Nice to have parking, but a bit tricky to get into.

− The duvets were very lumpy and the bedding was to small for the 5ft bed.
