9.0L'accueil de Massimo qui est venu nous guider depuis le bas de la colline. La vue extraordinaire . L'agencement et la surface de l'appartement . Les explications pour le fonctionnement de la machine à laver, la machine à café et les informations sur les restaurants et les commerces de proximité.
− La deuxième salle de bain n'est qu'un wc/buanderie. La douche est très petite et sans douchette flexible ni robinet hydrostatique. Il manque des explications pour la gestion des ordures ménagères très compliquée pour les non italiens.

9.0Casa bellissima dotata di tutti i confort, molto spaziosa, pulita. Proprietario Sig. Massimo molto disponibile e cordiale. Colazione e posto auto compreso. Vista lago spettacolare. Consigliato.
− Solo 2 piccole note non particolarmente rilevanti, ovvero la strada per raggiungere l'abitazione davvero stretta e articolata, la doccia del bagno principale un pò piccola e con il soffione da sostituire.
