7.0Pas trop mal situer pour plusieurs activitée sur la région,cascade ,lemukih etc.. Le jardin est magnifique et l'entrée moderne aussi. Cet hôtel a clairement un potentiel d'amélioration pour avoir une étoile de plus.
− Personnel jeune mais avec aucune formation. Demande 4 fois le numéro de chambre le temp d'un repas au restaurant. Je demande une boisson au bar et le serveur passe des coup de fils car il est perdu et me sert autre chose que demander.

9.0Exceptional hospitality from staff especially Mr. Riyan, Ms. Radisty and Ms. Novi, beautiful scenery with mountains and lakes surrounding, Lustrous Gardens of flowers, vegetable and ponds, good qualities amenities.
− Maintenance need to be done regularly to check health and safety standards. Buffet menu needs more variety.

9.0The rooms were very modern and they have a very nice shower. Staff were amazing - all so kind and helpful!
− Only things we would have preferred is AC in the room and more sound insulation between rooms - we could hear the neighbours kids at all hours.

10.0โรงแรมมีบริเวณพื้นที่กว้าง ปลูกผักเอง มีรถกอล์ฟส่งไปที่พัก ปลูกสวนเฟิร์นและต้นไม้โดยรอบสวยงามมาก ห้อง family มี 2 ห้องนอนและห้องนั่งเล่นเล็กๆ มีแมลงวันเข้ามาบ้างเนื่องจากเป็นฟาร์ม แต่ไล่ออกไปไม่ยาก ไม่มีแอร์แต่อากาศเย็นสบาย อาหารที่โรงแรมใช้ได้
− ประตูมุ้งลวดออกสวนไม่มีที่ล๊อค ( เราต้องเปิดประตูกระจกเพราะไม่มีแอร์) ห้อง family 1 ติดปั๊ม จะได้ยินเสียงเดินเครื่องตอนนอน โรงแรมช่วยย้ายห้องให้เราในคืนที่ 2

9.0The Property location is very strategic, and cool climate. Overall facilities and customer services from Receptionist, Concierge, Room Service, Restaurant Manager, Waiters, Bell Boy and Buggy Driver are very friendly, responsive, and excellent beyond expectation. Thanks specifically to Ms. Nosa at Cemara Restaurant for her super hospitality, initiative and helpfulness.
− Walkways from Room on the hill to restaurant near lobby are dark, especially when raining must be very careful.
