1.0− The staff did not know we booked and paid. The gallery photos on bookings.com DO NOT reflect the actual rooms. The available room had a broken bed - which the staff found to be acceptable, since they suggested that my toddler would be sleeping there. The second available room was just as bad as the staff member tried to close drawers; the closet cupboard nearly fell on her head. We were accused of being rude, instead of being unsatisfied. The owner was also not aware of our stay and confirmed that he would refund our monies as soon he received such monies form bookings.com, because apparently by the 31st, the monies did not reflect in his bank account. I want my refund, as me and my family COULD NOT stay there. We slept at Sleep 'n Go - the perfect stay and there after Villa Africa in Polokwane, but we DID NOT USE BOOKINGS.COM TO MAKE THE BOOKING, as we had such a bad experience with Koos se Tonteldoos. Please assist in getting our refund back.
