8.0Si tratta di un appartamento condiviso con altre persone. Stanza con bagno esterno e cucina in comune. Dalla stazione dista circa 10 minuti in macchina. Buona posizione non troppo distante dalla spiaggia.

Cozy place, I would love to return.
10.0I felt at home, everything was new, neat, and clean. The bed is comfy, the rooms have AC. They provide hot water all the time, with great pressure in the shower. I loved the fact they have strict rules for garbage collection, for me this is a sign the owners are respecting not only the law, but they are environmentally friendly. There is a coop supermarket at 450 meters away, I felt safe walking around the properties. It is a nice and cozy district. I would love to return, but with a rented car, as it is a lot to walk to the beach, like 30 minutes. You have a direct connection by train to La Specia or Pisa Centrale, but the bases from the train station are rare, and the waiting time is long. To walk you have 2,7 km.
− There is no wifi at the properties and the bathroom door has an issue that needs to be fixed because is not possible to lock with the key. The door latch was incorrectly installed so the key was not rotated when the door was closed. Regarding the noise: - the train line is across the street, and you will hear several trains by night, but it is bearable - the person from downstairs is watching TV with the sound nearly to the maximum, but it will stop at 10 PM.
