4.0停車方便，入住手續簡易，烘衣機效能很好。
− 清潔度差，因為抵達時已經很晚了，就寢時已經半夜才發現被子上有明顯不明污漬、床鋪上也有許多毛屑（已拍照）。發現後有立即透過Booking訊息聯絡，當下也許時間晚了，店家並未回覆；一直到現在也完全沒有聯絡及致歉。 房子有年代感，沙發也有多處破損，但如果清潔度佳是都能接受，現行有列出的評價完全沒有旅客提過清潔度的問題，但對於我們帶小孩的家族旅客來說，清潔就是最基本的要求。
