3.0ロケーション、稲取港市場が近かったところ
− スタッフの愛想が悪い、説明不足すぎて温泉の場所や使い方が分かりにくい、男性スタッフばかりで細やかな気遣いがない(前日の強風のため女性露天風呂が開放禁止のままになっていた)、施設が汚い、売店が驚くほど品薄、バイキング式の食事は残りものばかり＆美味しくなかった、部屋が古くて寒い、風呂場が汚い、ゴキブリの死骸がそのままになっていた
とても楽しく過ごせました。また滞在したいと思います。
10.0プールで楽しく遊べました。温泉も良かったです。

我要投诉那个会中文的男性服务员。I want to complain about that male waiter who can speak Chinese.
4.0有私人温泉，房间大，迎宾啤酒好喝，景色美
− 在日本遇到最差的服务，那个回中文的男性服务员，有故意刁难中国人的行为， 1，第一天入住，我们当面跟中文服务确认是15：00可以办理入住，等我们15点赶回酒店，他告知我们要等到16：30才能入住，我自己看到我的房间已经收拾好，就是不让我们入住，在外面后面来的顾客都入住了， 2，最后一天，我们9：25赶到大厅，拿着很多行李，排队等9：50的摆渡车，那个中文服务员告知我们没有地方了，要需要等到10：15才能让我们上摆渡车，我看到在我们后面来的人都上摆渡车了。
