8.0Spacious....Full kitchen and living room...2 bedrooms. The bathroom was ok and clean. The kitchen was clean as well...Refrigerator etc. The bed was comfortable. .
− The porch looked in need of repair and paint. The front of the front door was dirty. The carpeting seemed dirty, lots of stain spots. Also the windows were very dirty.

− Poor lighting. Tiny bathroom. Odd placement of our particular room.
$122 was excessive for poor quality and no amenities.
3.0Continental breakfast was meh. Room was not in good condition. Carpet was old and stained. Bathroom was miniscule. Never did get to hot water in the sink which was tiny.
