Hidden Oasis in Abu Road
9.0Beautiful, tranquil and serene. An amazing property, host communicated fully and was more than helpful. Peaceful a beautiful place to rest after hectic drive. Nothing was ro much trouble from the home help. Struggled a bit to communicate with the help but to be fair our host did say ring any time we were just reluctant to keep calling. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.

3.0The common area only maintained satisfactory otherwise nothing is good...The owner has no skills of hospitality ...She just use the family property for business...Not recommended for any stay for anyone
− The property is very much over priced and no required facilities at all. In fact housekeeping is very very poor..No skilled staff..The owner / care taker Ms Parul has very commercial approach and she is only focused for money and has every excuse for facilities for the price charged... She does not have tea., Coffee and break fast facilities and the tea / coffee if we request ...She charge very heavy price...Her house where she stay is maintained for herself but the room for the guests is just very pathetic. Booking.com should have personal inspection for these type of properties. We were very much misguided by the review mentioned by booing.com website I suggest new guests to be very careful about this property else book the same at your own risks...Most of us generally don't want to provide assertive feedback but that misguides all new and needy guests. Owner provided one bath towel for two guests and only provided the other bath towel after we made our concern firmly. The bungalow doesn't have any facilities nearby if for some reason you reach after 8 pm. Please consider my feedback as quality inputs.
