9.0El apartamento nuevo, limpio y acogedor, dispone de cafetera dolce gusto, para ese primer café nada mas levantarte. Espacio para cuatro personas sin problemas y camas acogedoras.
− Baño en buen estado, aunque en nuestra visita la ducha no tragaba bien y una puerta de la mampara abría con dificultad. Resto sin pega alguna.

− Está en un bajo de un edificio viejo y maloliente alejado de todo. Dificilisimo aparcar cerca. Con la cocina rota sin poder cocinar durante toda la estancia. 3 vasos para cuatro personas, ni lavavajillas ni trapos ni nada para limpiar, ni acceso a escoba... me siento engañada por el propietario ya que nos dijo que repararian la vitrocerámica y a fecha de hoy sigue rota....

− La cocina no funcionaba. A pesar de haber cafetera de cápsulas, no había ninguna cápsula...No hay supermercados cercanos...el bar cercano muy amables...pero algo sucio... Enfín: Demasiado caro (muy alejado del centro y el entorno muy de barrio).

9.0В общем всё отлично чистая квартира, если у вас есть автомобиль очень быстрая доступность до центра сан-себастьян
− из моментов это немножечко не нашли сначала связь для заселения но пока доехали с нами уже связались сообщили код двери, канализация в душе была забита и практически не сливалась вода , нас четыре человека по очереди принимали душ это было неприятно, парковка действительно находится всего лишь в 150 метрах от дома но там не было мест пришлось поставить просто рядом
