10.0Genel olarak çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaşlar çok ilgili ve düşünceliydi; herhangi bir sorun yaşadığımızda hemen yardımcı oldular ve hızlıca çözüm ürettiler. Ek mutfak eşyalarına veya başka bir şeye ihtiyacınız olursa rahatlıkla isteyebilirsiniz, hemen temin ediyorlar. Anna da çok yardımcıydı; neye ihtiyacınız olursa olsun kendisinden destek isteyebilirsiniz ve sorununuzu anında çözüyor. Biz burada 9 gün konakladık ve kendi deneyimimize dayanarak bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. Gerçekten insanın kendini evinde gibi hissettiği sıcak ve samimi bir ortamı var.

5.0− Its daily cleanliness and unreasonable high price for just one person were disappointing. It was cold, and the staff did not care. When another guest and I asked them to turn on the heating system because of the cold weather, the hotel staff said it was not possible and claimed that the weather was fine.
It was great place to stay And I really enjoyed it!
9.0The staff were very helpful and the location was great. It has a kitchen inside the room, which made it unique and perfect for our family reunion.
