Modern & well equipped apartment at a very good price

The place was well equipped and quite modern. There was a lot of equipment that made our stay exceptionally comfortable, such as a washing machine and even a dishwasher. The staff was very friendly and responsive that made us feel secure with our choice. There was ample parking space close to the place and a small supermarket and excellent coffee shop nearby (10-15 min on foot)

− Construction work happening on the apartment above. The noise was quite disruptive, unfortunately. Neither could we stay a lot at home, nor hang our clothes on the balcony without the fear of getting dirty. As the apartment above has different owners, the staff tried to accommodate us somehow, but there was still noise and dirt here and there. Without that small hiccup, our stay would have been excellent.

Το σπιτι ηταν αριστα εξοπλισμενο με βασικα ειδη για μαγειρεμα καθως και σιδερο με σιδερωστρα και πλυντηριο ρουχων. Η τοποθεσια ηταν καλη,λιγο εξω απο το κεντρο ωστε να απολαμβανεις την ησυχια της εξοχης. Η καθαριοτητα ηταν αυτο που μας κερδισε,πραγματικα ηταν πεντακαθαρο και πολυ περιποιημενο,λεπτομερειες που μετρανε!

The apartment was exceptional. Very modern and fitted out with everything you need. It was so nice that I stayed in more than usual.

− The walk to the town main square, 15-20 minutes, was downhill for a stretch and went through built up residential areas. It was 50 minutes walk to the sea front walking at a good pace. I took a taxi back to the apartment, which cost 5-7 euros.

L'appartement est vraiment bien. Tous les équipements sont de grande qualité et notre hôte nous a laissé beaucoup de choses à disposition pour les repas notamment et la lessive. Accès rapide aux grandes routes. Merci !

− Le quartier n'est pas très plaisant mais la qualité de l'appartement compense largement.

− Η τοποθεσία είναι σε γειτονιά σαν πρώην "εκτός σχεδίου". Δεν υπάρχουν κοντά μαγαζιά, φούρνος, κάτι που να μπορείς να προμηθευτείς χωρίς αυτοκίνητο και σε σχετικά ικανή απόσταση. Θα προτιμούσαμε να έχει ο ιδιοκτήτης επιμεληθεί το θέμα της θέρμανσης ώστε να μην μπούμε σε έναν χώρο παγωμένο και υγρό Επικοινωνήσαμε μαζί του και όντως πολύ γρήγορα τα airconditions ζέσταναν τον χώρο.

We truly loved our stay here, and from the very first moment, everything felt just right. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, the apartment is yet close to wonderful local Greek tavernas — delicious, generous, and refreshingly authentic. The city center is within walking distance, and being able to park our car right in front of the building and then completely forget about it made getting around so easy. The apartment itself is in a new (or recently renovated) property and is absolutely beautiful: spacious, elegant, modern, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. It also had fast, reliable Wi-Fi, allowing us to work remotely without any problems. Every detail seemed carefully chosen to make guests feel at home. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with throughout our stay. Always kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful, he made the experience feel effortless from start to finish. We will be truly missing the view from the balcony: olive trees in the foreground, Kalamata stretching out toward the sea in the distance, and the soft light of morning or sunset giving it a special calm. Sitting there, taking it all in, was pure pleasure. It was a perfect stay — relaxing, comfortable, and memorable in every way. We would return without hesitation.
