Overpriced and very disappointing
4.0Check in and check out were easy.
− The apartment has no amenities. It doesn't even have a desk or a dining table. The toilet requires multiple flushes before your feces would flush away. Furthermore, the location is far away from any restaurants or grocery stores. Most hotels in Bentonville offer a much better rate at a more convenient location.

1.0− We did not stay because nowhere in the conformation that was received does it say that the room is up three flights of stairs my mother is 90 years old and can’t walk up three flights of stairs and when they called me back to confirm the booking and get the information so that we could get in is when I found out about the stairs and I said that should be ok but when we arrived my mom was just not able to do the stairs so you need to refund her money

− The lack of even a small kitchen was odd, specially in such a larga space. It lacked basics like a minimum of silverware, a bottle opener, a box of kleenex. It could also use a table and 2 chairs (if not for eating, for working...)
Short, nice place, didn't feel well and had to leave early
4.0hard getting into front door both to enter the property and unit. Nice place. I didn't like being on top floor and bringing luggage up three flights. Had to leave early due to not feeling well

10.0incredibly spacious. Classy, very up-to-date furniture that is kept in top condition. All the art on the walls was amazing. Very New York, but with with about 4X the floorspace you could expect in New York.
− No kitchen, but I wasn't looking for a kitchen. Nothing else I could possibly complain about. It was immaculate. Two occasional chairs had just been steam cleaned. Surprisingly well kept.
