Super nice host and really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed one week and Nuwan was always there if we needed anything. Don’t hesitate to ask him for help. The room was also very comfortable.

Вилла отличная! Очень отзывчивый и вежливый хозяин, всегда был на связи и помогал по всем вопросам) Огромная ему благодарность! Расположение виллы хорошее, очень просторные номера, даже со своей кухней (не только аппарты, но и обычные номера!), вай-фай неплохой, для работы хватало (даже для видео-звонков)

− Не понравился только пляж, но здесь они все такие видимо (городские)

I had a really pleasant stay here. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the ocean, making beach visits super convenient. The area feels peaceful and private, which was perfect for relaxation and remote work. No one disturbed me during my stay, which I greatly appreciated. The apartment is well-equipped – the kitchen has everything you might need, including a toaster and blender, which made cooking at home very easy. There’s also a washing machine, which is a huge bonus for longer stays. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable – crucial for digital nomads. Security is another highlight, with surveillance cameras around the property providing peace of mind. The yard includes a parking area, which was very convenient since I rented a Honda Dio scooter directly from the host for 1500 LKR per day. The host was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only real downside was the lack of hot water in the morning, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the price felt a bit high – if it had been more affordable, I would have definitely stayed for another month.

We stayed here for one month and what a great experience we had. The family has been incredibly helpful, welcoming and kind, and they’re very passionate about their place. We stayed on the second floor where there are 4 rooms (though not always booked), a spacious living room with a big table (where we spend a lot of time to work or eat), and a well-equipped kitchen. We liked to put a chair outside on the surrounding balcony, but the garden also has a small table where you can sit outside if you like. The location was perfect for us, as the surroundings are quiet, and it’s a bit on the outskirts of Weligama. There is a co-working space at walking distance, but to go to the cafe’s and restaurants in the surroundings we would recommend a scooter or tuk-tuk. The owners also rent out scooters at a very fair price. In summary, the place felt like home after some weeks and we would like to thank the family for their incredible hospitality.
