− There was no freezer in the fridge whoch would normally be no problem but considering how hot the summer has been it would have been nice to have been able to have had ice-creams and or ice at the apartment

− Apartment being on ground floor and near main road so noisy if sleeping on sofa bed

− Cleaners on-site had to give apartment 2nd clean before I checked-in. Apartment heavy use prior. I'm very grateful for the cleaners attentiveness and quick resolution before I checked in.

8.0Communication with company, location and quiet
− Cooking possibilities were poor. No frying pan and 2 saucepans. One teaspoon ! The mattress was thin and we could feel the springs. A fan was in the flat but was broken. It couldn't turn at all. We had brought our own.
