9.0The location is great and the hotel is absolutely charming, all of the staff go above and beyond to not only make you feel welcome but help coordinate taxis, events, excursions, food tips, etc. Will be coming back and gladly recommend this to anyone visiting Palma wanting to stay close enough to the action without the bustle and noise.
