10.0The facilities & overall vibes were amazing. Rooms and building are spotless. The staff really made my stay enjoyable. They are extremely well trained. Shreya at the reception was extremely professional & helpful at the same time. Really a pleasure to interact with her. Special mention to Rohan and Jangmu as well. Breakfast is great as well with a variety of options for everyone. I recommend Sherpa Pub (on the ground floor) as well. Great food and well made drinks. The atmosphere is great too. Special mention here to Aksis, Sandhya, Ashika, Kopila and Jeewan who will always be happy to customize things as you need. I highly recommend this hotel whether it's a stay of 1 day or 1 month+.

10.0Great location, felt very safe. Staff were friendly & helpful. The staff at the cafe/bar next door were so lovely and the buffet breakfast served there was great! The room was clean and spacious. Would recommend staying here.
