Very nice furniture and clean. Very new feel to it and great Air Conditioning. Bedrooms are upstairs only accessible by outdoor stairs. Staff cleaned daily and were very proactive.

− Heavy rain caused serious roof leaking in one room during the night.

Beautiful furniture and design work.

− Overall cleanliness of the house, mouldy, bathrooms have no ventilation shafts, non stop construction noise on two sides of the house, concrete walls with little space outside, none of the locks were working and generally difficult to get around.

Had a perfect stay at Villa Mar. Villa is awesome, awesome lounge area and pool. Rooms and ensuites all perfect. Felt like living in a tropical resort. Short walk to the beach ( Highly recommend watching the sunset). Quick drive to major shops and restaurants in Uluwatu and surround beaches.

We liked the property, the swimming pool and the aircons worked amazing! We also loved the filter coffee machine

− Some construction work in the area. Closest beach is Dreamland beach - wish they could clean it up

The Villa is really nice. Definitely bigger than expected, we appreciated the spacious rooms, each with a private bathroom. It looks really chic, and is well equipped. The beds are comfortable, each rooms has air condition and a ventilator. Pretty much, the property looks just like in the pictures, it’s actually bigger than it seems and really comfortable. The location is really good, just 10 minutes away from Dreamland Beach by foot, and 20 from Bingin Beach. Grab (it’s like Uber in Bali) works really well around there and the prices are decent to go anywhere around Uluwatu. There are restaurants around the area, such as the Cashew tree (a very good one), just 10 minutes away by foot. You will definitely have a nice and comfortable stay here. You can rely on the host to help you with any information needed no matter the hour. And if we talk about the value for money, is for sure a 10!!

− It's that type of area in Uluwatu that is under construction. The buildings are right next to each other, like wall to wall, and you have to make use of the curtains if you want more privacy in the room. The construction in Uluwatu is hectic, and the good part with Villa Mar is that the buildings are already build, so you won't here to much construction noise. Other than that, everything that is perfect.
