− The air conditioning didn't work very well and we had some warm weather.

− Dusty, broken chair, 2 broken light shades, no outside lighting that worked, only 2 pieces of firewood supplied and neither fitted into the wood heater ( we are off a farm and have a slow combustion heater at home so bought our own kindling and firelighters ) very disappointed a useless spark device and no matches. Overall the property was tired and in need of some maintenance.
Amazing to start disappointing middle.
4.0Location was really close to town
− Unfortunately the power went out for the most part of Saturday leaving us with no air con water or anything with a one year old toddler. I completely understand that this isn't anyones fault. After the power finally returned none of the shops or restaurants opened.
Exceptional location and accommodation, but floor needs to be dry before arrival to avoid accidents.
10.0Location fabulous. Had an exceptional good feeling about the place. Heating was good. TV good.
− Toilet seat loose. Shower door wouldn’t stay fully closed and leaked a little at door. The bathroom, lounge and kitchen floor was VERY wet when we arrived at 3.20pm, even though I booked to arrive between 3 - 4pm.
