10.0La situation tout ce fait à pied L accueil de Abdou qui a été adorable et attentionné. La terrasse est super agréable L établissement est propre et la literie très bien

10.0Beautiful Riad in the center of the medina, near the medersa and the souk of Meknes. The owner of the Riad is very friendly and helpful with tips for your stay. The arrival instructions were impeccable (you need to park your vehicle outside the medina - from there it's a maximum 5-minute walk). The view from the terrace offers a 360-degree panorama of all of Meknes - several minarets and the call to prayer are a highlight. Although inside the medina, it's super quiet, as it's located in a side alley.

7.0Location excellent. Owner and staff lovely and friendly. Breakfast very good
− Room was not good. Booking details said wardrobe, there was not one. Said tea/coffee maker, there wasn't one. Only 2 sockets useable, one was very loose and had to wedge a cushion under it to keep phone charger in. Couldn't plug hairdryer in near a mirror. Socket inbathroom didnt work and mirror in bedroom nowhere near a socket. One small bottle of something was only toiletries available. Shower head broken so had to stay in lowest position so difficult to wash hair or shower. Sink in bathroom was miniscule . Bathroom very dated and so tiny, had to edge sideways to sit on the loo.

3.0L'accueil était très bien et la propriétaire très avenante.
− Malheureusement la chambre n'était pas propre. Tout d'abord le lit les draps le matelas et la tête de lit était taché. Les draps étaient défréchis. La déco était totalement absente. Housse de couette imprimée new York complètement délavée. Enfin sur les faïences de la salle de bain il y avait des taches suspectes, le bac à douche avait des traces de moisissure et la porte de la salle de bain était voilée et ne ferme pas. En discutant avec d'autres clients ils ont remarqué les mêmes problèmes. De plus nous avons payé les taxes de séjour sur place alors qu'après vérification nous les avions déjà payés via booking.
