− Some towns need to be thrown away once they no longer look clean after washing, clean fridge shelves on the door, and wipe stains from wall (electrical outlet/drying rack near toilet.

2.0Room wasn't cleaned properly. There were stains on the floor.
− Pool was closed and I could see dirty black spots on the bottom of the pool.

− Alles, das Geschirr hatte Schimmel angesetzt, das Personal ist noch darauf eingegangen das Zimmer aufgrund des Schimmels etc. Zu tauschen obwohl eineiige Zimmer noch frei waren. Einmal und nie wieder !
