We actually cancelled the booking and didnt stay. The property dont have a noticed that they had a renovation on going. When we arrived at the property they informed that they dont have an internet, then they told us that the room we booked is only a budget room therefore they will give us the room at the corner end facing the fence and the staff told us that bcoz we booked the budget room. Well, in ur booking.com there is only 2 options found and have to choose between room with queen bed or family, but it didnt specifically mentioned that you booked the cheapest room and there is no view and you well get the poorest room at the corner. The photo shows the view the reason why I immediately booked it but to my disappointment everything that youve seen in the photo or the info is NOT TRUE. And what is worst, he told us if we want the view we can pay additional 1000 php then the next minute he asked for 700 and then 500. Therefore I conclude that this property has no real and specific policy for their business. If you wish to stay be ready for the consequences or surprise charges that they may impose. So disappointing! I am in the hotel industry for 15 yrs in Phuket Thailand and having experienced this in my own country is really disappointing. My piece of advice is for the management to look over ur policy and be careful on putting information nor photos that will confused ur guest. Hospitality is your business impression and quality service is the top priority regardless wither u are 4 star or B&B accommodation. Because guest experience is very important.

EXCELLENT location. Bago pa so maayos at MALINIS. Tahimik. Bonus points for the fur babies who would sometimes say hi! Kung gusto mo ng mala retreat, stay here. The room is perfect for staycation just make sure you stock up on your snacks.

− Okay lang naman yung staff; they are nice and responsive. Don’t expect help with anything including your luggage, don’t expect staff to be around almost ever. Kung marami kang needs as a guest, this property is probably not for you. Sobrang private tho. Good for solo travelers or couples.

Love the clean room and view. Omar, Mylene and the cleaning staff are all very helpful.

− Towels need bleaching and a little softening, but not too much laundry chemicals.
