Breakfast

− My check-in experience was not satisfactory. The receptionist seemed unaware of my booking details and even inquired about the payment amount. I politely requested them to review my booking information. After a lengthy discussion among themselves, they eventually assigned me a room with different characteristics than the one I had originally booked.
