− Hard to locate main entry

− Ordered a spa bath which it had in balcony- when we arrived it had some water in bottom, was old and was not inviting. The controls looked like they were burnt and melted. We did not want to use it at all so this needs to be fixed .
SPOT ON LOCATION
8.0Perfect location with easy access to pool and BBQ area.
− Pool needs maintenance. Some small areas the bottom is lifting up, however this is a minor detail once you know which area to stay away from. It would be blissful if it had a little revamp. Maintenance was being carried out during the day while we attempted a relaxing pool day which was obviously nessesary, but dusty and noisy unfortunatley. This was our second time staying here, and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Just needs a little love!
Communication with Tom at Seascape was fantastic. Would recommend this property to anyone😊

− Property is a bit tired and should have a new coat of paint. There were also a number of small maintenance issues that detracted from the property. We thought a information welcome package with brochures on the Port Douglas areas of interest eg restaurants, Bars ands daytime activities, and a map of the centre of town, would have been great and would not be too hard to establish.
