8.0Plně vybavený nový byt, vnitřní parkování s možností opláchnutí vozidla přímo na místě stání, majitel velmi slušný.
− Byt je 2kk, takže plnohodnotné spaní je pouze v ložnici pro 2 osoby, rozkládací gauče bych dlouhodobě nebral, díky výškovým přechodům po rozložení se dá spát vždy jen na úzké polovině gauče.
