− Local estava sujo, apartamento diferente do anúncio, foi cobrado valor a mais no local, sendo que no anúncio não dizia nada e solicitei o comprovante do valor a mais cobrado e não foi entregue.

Solid value for money. Very clean. A lot of stores around the apartment, so you can buy anything you need. Close to the metro station and very easy to organize visit to any of Barcelona atractions.

Příjemné ubytování se skvělým vybavením a snadnou dostupností do centra. Hostitel byl milý a vstřícný, vše nám vysvětlil, doporučil místa k navštívení a byl na telefonu, když jsme něco potřebovali. Nejvíce jsme ocenili venkovní terasu, na které jsme mohli posedět. Je zde plně vybavená kuchyň včetně kávovaru.

− Jediným minusem byly vrzající postele, nefunkční pračka a chybějící štětka na toaletě. Nemělo to ale zásadní vliv na náš pobyt.

The only positive thing was that there was a working coffee machine.

− This was by far the worst booking stay I've ever had, and I absolutely cannot recommend this accommodation. Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that the apartment was in poor condition. The floor was damaged, rotten, and in several places appeared unsafe and badly worn. The photos in the listing give a much better impression than reality. The biggest problem, however, was the air conditioning. It didn't work at all during our entire stay. The owner repeatedly promised that the problem would be fixed, but each time there were new excuses. Twice, he claimed the technician had brought the wrong part. In the end, the air conditioning wasn't repaired at all. Instead, there was only a fan available, which was so loud that it was almost impossible to sleep. The cleanliness was also disappointing. Some of the dishes were dirty and obviously not properly washed. For accommodation that hosts guests and charges them, this is unacceptable. On top of that, there was extreme noise around the apartment. At night, it was so loud that a restful sleep was out of the question. Combined with the broken air conditioner and the noisy fan, the nights were a disaster. What was particularly frustrating was that although promises were repeatedly made to resolve the problems, ultimately nothing happened. Instead of solutions, there were only excuses. Overall, the apartment was in poor condition, the cleanliness was inadequate, the air conditioner was unusable, and the noise level was extreme. For the price paid, this was a complete disappointment. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone and would definitely never stay here again. Dies war mit Abstand der schlechteste Booking -Aufenthalt, den ich jemals hatte, und ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut nicht empfehlen. Bereits bei der Ankunft fiel auf, dass sich die Wohnung in einem schlechten Zustand befindet.

− Apartman se nalazi u prilično udaljenoj četvrti od centra, ali je povezan dobro. U opisu piše da ima klima, to je istina, ali ne radi. Napolju je bilo prilično toplo, pa su nam doneli dva ventilatora koji ne mogu da rashlade ni malo. A prozori kada se otvore cuje se samo buka od radova kojj su svuda. Nema pohvala.

The beds were broken and not comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom door doesn't lock.

− The apartment did not correspond to the description provided in the listing. The information presented was misleading, and the actual conditions differed significantly from what was advertised. Furthermore, we were asked to pay a tourist tax of €10 per person without any clear or prior justification. There was also an attempt to charge a late check-out fee after 21:00, despite no such fee being mentioned in the listing or communicated in advance. These charges were only reconsidered after we explicitly challenged them; otherwise, no correction would have been made. Additionally, on the day of departure, cleaning staff attempted to enter the apartment at 9:00 AM, even though the official check-out time is 11:00 AM. This is unacceptable and represents a breach of guest privacy. Overall, this experience did not meet expected standards, and I cannot recommend this property.
