10.0Das Appartement liegt im 1. OG eines Blocks in zweiter Reihe unmittelbar am Strand. Der Balkon geht nach Süden. Das Meer ist gut zu sehen. Ich habe großen Wert auf zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer plus Wohnraum gelegt. Genau das haben wir gefunden. Das eine Schlafzimmer hat ein großes Duschbad, in dem sogar eine Waschmaschine steht. Das zweite Schlafzimmer liegt neben einem kleineren Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und komplett ausgestattet. Auch die Küchenausstattung ist bemerkenswert vielfältig: Siebträger-Espressomaschine, Filterkaffeemaschine, Heißwasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Backofen. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die wir jedoch nicht in Betrieb genommen haben. Bei Tagestemperaturen um 24 bis 28 °C und nächtlicher Abkühlung auf knapp unter 20 °C reichte die Querlüftung. Tags und nachts war es angenehm ruhig. Auf dem Geländer verteilt sind kleinere "Inseln" mit Sonnenliegen. Der Pool ist angenehm. Es war nie voll dort. Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Gartenanlage eine Augenweide ist. Wir sahen häufiger Gärtner, die die Anlage pflegen. Es gibt eine Pforte, die direkt zum Strand führt. Daneben ist ein Wasserhahn, damit man sich den Sand abspülen kann.

9.0Communication with owners is easy and prompt. The location is just a few steps from the beach in a lovely quiet area. Gate entry by code and key in a lock box, code provided in advance. Everything including streaming services, beach towels, books etc provided.
− The beds creaked and the bathroom shower could do with a refurb. but all useable.

9.0The location, the apartment complex are excellent. Beautiful beach on your doorstep, easy walking to either Puerto del Carmen centre or Matagorda flat and wide pavement. The pool area is great plenty of sunbeds, probably wouldn't be the same if the complex was busy, but the sea is only a minute or two away.
− The oven in the apartment needs replacing, if your only stopping a week or 10 days you probably won't use it. We were stopping for 3 weeks and we did want to use it, the temperature control knob is not working.

10.0A great stay in this lovely spacious apartment, super shower with plenty of hot water, big terrace with sea views, well kept gardens, heated pool and helpful hosts. The apartment had everything we needed, 2 bathrooms was a bonus and it was special to hear the sea from the terrace. Great location with a supermarket, restaurant, cafes, bus stop and taxi rank across the road.
