8.0Posizione ottima. Casa molto spaziosa immersa nel verde con vista spettacolare, ci si sta comodamente in sei persone data anche la presenza di due bagni.
− Molte parti della casa hanno bisogno di manutenzione: il frigo e freezer, la porta finestra della veranda, il divano letto è molto scomodo perché sfondato, gli sdrai del giardino sono rotti. Il materasso del letto matrimoniale è assolutamente da cambiare. Servirebbe anche una soluzione per le formiche.
