Stunning home with perfect views and vibes

This is a fabulous home and the pictures don't do it justice. It's the perfect house - spacious, aesthetic, updated thoughtfully, and the kitchen is well stocked. The location is also great - very central within a tiny village, you can walk to all the closest restaurants/bars and the one tiny grocery shop in town. The views are simply stunning. We absolutely adored this house and hope to stay here again.

− The only downsides were outside of the property's control. The first was parking - there is no private parking and a car is required to navigate the island. There is plenty of public/street parking nearby, and in the busy season of August, we never had a problem finding a spot, but sometimes had to walk a little bit. The second was the wind and the mosquitoes. Because the house doesn't have air conditioning, expect to leave the windows open, and this means lots of bug bites. I don't think there's anything that can be done about this but wear bug spray to bed. This is just a natural part of Tinos in August!

Absolutely loved the ambience, architecture, location and layout. The sort of house I would love to own. If ever for sale let me know:)

− I always loved a home with a private courtyard and I finally got to experience one! I liked the sense of cosy but spacious, traditional yet modern. The sunsets, the quality of the beds, the pressure of the water, waking up having coffee early in the morning in the lounge... the access - what a parking spot! - being inside a beautiful village yet on the edge so there was a detachment without feeling isolated. I know Tinos island and the swim below the house (Παραλία Σχοινάκι) is my favourite spot.
