9.0- Très bon emplacement dans une rue calme, à 8 min à pied du métro. Banques et restaurants à proximité. - Check-in et check-out efficaces et très rapides. - Personnel discret, professionnel, parlant bien anglais. - Chambre propre, de taille correcte, en étage supérieur comme demandé lors de la réservation. - Bouteille d'eau fournie. - La literie est grande et confortable. - Salle de bain avec une grande douche et tout le nécessaire de toilette. - Petit-déjeuner de qualité avec énormément de choix. Parfait pour bien commencer la journée. - Le wifi fonctionnait très bien. Un très bon hôtel !

Pleasant stay after some initial issues
7.0Nice hotel with good-sized well-designed rooms. Convenient location. Helpful staff. There is a hairdresser and spa on site, which is nice to have. Restaurant and small coffee shop are also cute and convenient.
− When I arrived early in the morning (I had previously indicated my arrival time to the hotel), I was offered an early check-in for an additional cost of 50% of an additional night. This seemed to be poor practice to me – if the room is available early then it's customary to make it available for a complimentary early check in. Even worse, after I agree to the extra charge and was given the room, it was clearly not prepared appropriately. All the windows were open, AC off (in 35+ degree heat), and there was cleaning materials left in the room. After I raised this, they offered to waive the 'additional fee'. The whole experience was not very pleasant or professional.
