9.0Appartement avec une très bonne orientation, terrasse abritée du soleil avec vue sur le port et la plage. Puerto Rico est abrité du vent de par sa situation, ce qui en fait un lieu privilégié par rapport à Maspalomas que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Commerce près du logement pour les courses quotidiennes. Beaucoup de marches pour aller en bord de mer par une passerelle, un peu difficile pour des personnes âgées mais pratique, très bien desservie en bus ou taxi. La piscine, un gros plus car très agréable et très propre. Environnement très calme.
− Nous ne nous sommes pas servis de la climatisation car, voulant profiter de la terrasse, l'apport d'air chaud supplémentaire n'est pas agréable. Dans les chambres, un ventilateur au plafond efficace mais un peu bruyant la nuit en vitesse rapide.

Nice apartments walking distance from the beach and with nice ocean view in Puerto Rico.
8.0Great location in Puerto Rico, just 30 min drive from the airport. The place has all you need to spend time with family or friends and feel like home. The host reply faster to all our questions and messages and was easy to go inside.
− If is high season could be a little challenging to get a parking in front the building. Also the check out is too early at 10 am, but the host is really nice person I guess that could be negotiable in advance.

8.0Belle piscine, calme et propre. Appartement très confortable. Belles prestations, tout le matériel à disposition. Lits très confortables.
− Route très passante. L'exposition de la terrasse nous privait du soleil le matin et le soir. Place de parking inexistante (il faut chercher une place dans la rue).

10.0Appartement très bien placé, très bien équipé, très confortable offrant une superbe vue. Très proche de la plage et peu de marche à monter pour le retour de plage, piscine agréable même si un peu froide, très content de notre semaine.
− Juste un petit truc qui à l'arrivée aurait peu être évité, nous cherchions la résidence golden sunny view comme indiqué sur booking au 17 avenue mogan. C'est en fait un appartement qui se trouve dans la résidence Haïti au 17 de la rue.

9.0Er was geen ontbijt inbegrepen maar mogelijkheden genoeg in de nabijheid om lekker te eten. Het appartement is perfect uitgerust met oog voor detail zodat alle praktische zaken voorhanden zijn.
− De afvoer van de douche en lavabo in de badkamer liepen slecht af, afvoer vermoedelijk verstopt.
