10.0Appartamento ubicato al piano terra di un piccolo condominio in riva al mare : per andare in spiaggia ci sono 5 scalini. E che spiaggia stupenda ! Su un golfo che ha praticamente sempre il mare tranquillo ed è balneabile con media e alta marea. L' appartamento è ben ridossato dai venti del settore nord , è graziosamente arredato , confortevole, pulito . La cucina è ben attrezzata, il letto molto comodo. È composto da cucina/soggiorno, 1 locale bagno, 1.camera.matrimoniale , un' altra con 2 letti gemelli, un terrazzino abitabile affacciato sul giardino condominiale. Il centro paese di El Cotillo ( dotato di tutti servizi ) si trova a circa km..1 e mezzo .
