10.0We arrived late at 11 PM, and both the host and staff were waiting at the entrance to welcome us—such a relief after a long journey! They patiently showed us around, and when I had a specific request, they kindly arranged a room change without hesitation. Our new room on the 3rd floor was fantastic: spacious, spotlessly clean, and featuring a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and a lovely little balcony. The AC and hot water worked perfectly, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
