Perfect location between two beaches. House has everything you may need and more. A couple of minor quibbles were sorted immediately. Host is helpful. Book with confidence. This is one building that has two separate apartments across 2 floors - Emerald Dawn is on the upper floor. We had access to the whole garden and enjoyed the privacy and security.

− Wifi is poor but functional. Not suitable if you intend to be working from home. There is an outdoor dining area which has not been cleaned before our arrival so we didn’t use it.

Recommended house in front of the beach

Excellent location, the beach there is amazing, the house is really confortable and the communication with Eleni was always clear and easy to reach out. We traveled with our 2 dogs, and we didn’t have any issue at all and she made us feel welcomed.

− The wifi didn’t work properly during our whole stay

View and location were incredible - so close to the beach. Very comfortable beds, aircon worked perfectly. Nice big fridge freezer. Very spacious kitchen, living area and balconies with great views of the beach. Excellent communication with Eleni, the host, who responded very quickly to minor queries about WiFi. She was also very flexible about check out time as we had a cab booked to take us to the airport on the morning of our departure. Welcome pack of delicious fruit, coffee, milk etc. was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Provision of beach towels and parasol was also great as was the provision of dishwasher tablets and toilet rolls. It all made the stay very comfortable and homely.

− Minor quibbles - need a lid for the kitchen bin. Taxi driver had trouble finding the property as there is no sign at the top of the road or on the property to say that it is "Emerald Dawn Villa".

Excellent Location for Plakia Beach and explore the area.

Someone was at the property as we were due to arrive waiting for us and explained how to use the facilities with the property and tell us other information about the area and what we could do. We were welcomed with some provisions and a clean Villa. No deposit was required for any possible issues (i.e. Breakages) whilst we stayed. Nothing was damaged during our stay.

− The beds where a bit hard for our liking. A microwave in the property would have been good. The power outlet behind the TV was a little loose, which caused the TV screen not to work. We just managed to do other things.

Wonderful stay in fabulous Villa

We had the most wonderful holiday with our two adult sons and partners. The Villa was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with the added bonus to be right by Plakia Beach with its golden sand, crystal blue water and excellent beach Taverna for food. So enjoyed the fabulous views from the Villa of the bay by day and night. Can not thank Eleni enough for the well stocked fride and larder on our arrival. She was the perfect host always in communication and making our holiday a time to be remembered.
