The apartment itself was nice, but didn't have any basic necessities upon arrival like many apartments. The reason I brought this up was we were 45 minutes from any type of grocery store, there was nothing close, we spent over an hour the first night to just find something with eggs and sugar. The New Capital had many sections that were beautiful. The owner was nice and responded but not with real good guidance of significance. Provided a delivery service, but again, it took 2-3 hrs, and they also complained about being held at security. You feel like your movements are being tracked as you have to checkin, out, as soon as you step outside a guard is asking ehat your doing, are you going anywhere, writing down times when you get back. This is not a neighborhood but a police state. I do want to stress that the owner did respond, called security for us (although it didn't change anything), and gave suggestions. We were just too far away & it felt like a hassle to get a driver or uber as they also got lost trying to find the area, fins what gate is allowed to be entered, roads not finished, blocking of roads causing us to backtrack a lot, etc. That is not her fault. I wish the ad would have explained that it is out in an unfinished area.

− Location we were 1 of 8 people in this entire community. Security guards wouldn't allow deliveries, Uber, or us upon arrival without harassing us with questions, taking licenses from the Uber, and more. Again there are 4 residents in our area only that we saw cars and lights in buildings.. Delivery for food took 2-3 hrs, so it was horrible but only option first night due to how long it took to get there. Map says 1 hr and it took us 4 hrs due to the location taking us in circles, into the desert, unable to find the place, and even owner directions were taking us in wrong directions, which we had to pay our driver for the extra 3 hrs trying to find it. No store, no food nearby that you can walk to. Have to get an Uber or driver to take you to do anything. No heat but a small portable one that didn't work well. There is no internet, no phone, out in the middle of nowhere. Our Uber driver showed us a great place to eat, but if it wasn't for him.....it would have been difficult. Our Uber driver saved my birthday as it was so secluded, and he spent all evening taking us to cairo, then a place in New Capital to eat. Once they finish building and out services in the area, I think it will be nice. Honestly, it was not what I wanted for my bday, and next time, I will stay in a different area.

Perfect location in new administrative capital. Good clean place with all facilities you will need. Supermarket in a walking distance. Amazing host.
