− They cancelled my appointment without my permission.. We reached there without knowing it... It made some delay and confusion.. But soon they say sorry rearranged a comfortable room for us..

3.0The location was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
− The rooms and bathrooms were not clean, and we even spotted three cockroaches in the room. We had to shift rooms during the night, but the second room had a strong naphthalene smell, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Unfortunately, this affected our entire experience.
