Die Unterkunft ist schön ausgestattet, hat einen tollen Wintergarten für zu kühle Tage oder Nächte draußen und zusätzlich einen tollen Balkon mit top Blick auf den Hafen, die Stadt und das Meer. Der Weg zum Hafen ist in 15 min machbar, zurück geht es halt bergauf, aber das ist in Madeira überall so 🙂

− Es ist gut, dass man mit dem Auto vor dem Haus parken kann, aber alleine ist es fast nicht möglich in bzw. aus der Einfahrt zu kommen. Mit einem kleinen Auto geht es besser.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Lovely view from the balcony room across the sea and the port. Short walk to the old town so really convenient for eating out in the evenings. Quiet neighbourhood. Great to have parking as we had a car for exploring the island. Had a great stay.

− The parking is fine for a small/medium car (we had a Skoda Scala automatic) but wouldn't have liked to go in and out of the driveway without help. The parking wouldn't stop me booking again but I definitely wouldn't hire anything bigger.

We can't say enough good things about our stay here! Felipe truly thought of everything, making this a welcoming, comfortable and well-stocked home. The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning, and we loved morning coffee and evening sunsets from here. The street was quiet and set apart from the noise of the city center but still an easy walk into town and a nearby market for groceries. Felipe was extremely responsive and helpful and was a wonderful host. We were very sad when it came time to leave and would stay again in a heartbeat. Everything we could've wanted and more!

Dwie łazienki dobrze wyposażone Świetny widok z okna. Przestronny salon i dodatkow taras i balkon. Dosyć blisko do starszej części miasta. Nieduży parkingu ale własny pod domem.

− Trudno mówić że to wada, ale rzeczywiście przydałby się ekspres do kawy. Słychać niestety w jednym pokoju dźwięki z ulicy, a w drugi od strony wewnętrznej psa czy dzieci sąsiad z dołu, które czasem późno w nocy są aktywne (zwłaszcza pies może przeszkadzać)

Pi Houses ist ein renoviertes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement im 1. OG eines Wohnhauses. Es verfügt über einen separaten Eingang und einen kleinen Hof, wo ein Auto parken kann. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder (jeweils mit Dusche) - für 2 bis 4 Personen perfekt. Die Ausstattung (Küche/Badutensilien) war sehr gut. Von der Veranda und vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Altstadt, den Hafen und das Kreuzfahrtterminal. Das Haus liegt nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt (Zona Velha) entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist am Haus. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett.

− Die Einfahrt zum kleinen Hof vor der Haustür war ziemlich schmal. Man musste sehr aufpassen nicht an die Zauntüren bzw. die Wände zu kommen. Es gibt nur einen Stellplatz und keine Möglichkeit an der Straße (stark befahren) zu parken.
