10.0If you're planning on visiting the Emilia-Romagna region with a car, without spending a fortune, this place is great. Bologna is ~1h20m away, Modena is ~40-50min away. The place was very spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The furniture is in good shape. Parking is on the street, but there's always a free spot.
The appartment is big and comfortable and outside of heavy traffic.
8.0If you are traveling by car and want to visit Bologna, Modena and Parma, the location is great because it is outside the major cities and not burdened with heavy traffic. The apartment is big, comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful.
− The apartment also needs light during the day because it is on the ground floor next to another house and near big tree. It is equipped with all utilities, we only missed a hair dryer.
