10.0La titolare è stata di una cortesia unici. Posizione centralissima per un viaggio culturale o per il Mantova Summer festival. Tutti i confort sono presenti. Vicinissimo al centro storico con qualsiasi tipo di negozio, ristoranti, supermercati, bar. parcheggio convenzionato. Consigliatissimo.

Mansarda in centro
9.0La unità abitativa è una mansarda con sottotetto a spiovente, in alcuni punti molto bassa. Il soggiorno per qualche giorno è fattibile, basta stare attenti alla testa, la sconsiglio per chi è alto. Letto comodo. C'è anche un terrazzino. Doccia comoda. Piano cottura con piastra a induzione. Posizione in centro storico, dentro Ztl , comodissimo per chi vuole visitare la città a piedi. Il gestore facilita il parcheggio e l'uso dell'auto nella Ztl, con un permesso speciale per la durata del soggiorno.
− Schermo TV piccolo senza possibilità di connessione internet e senza possibilità di usare pen drive (porta non funzionante). Piastra a induzione scadente. Prese elettriche scomode.

8.0Posizione perfetta per girare il centro a piedi. La soluzione è mansardata e caratteristica. Ho trovato molto utile il permesso per il parcheggio auto rilasciato (su richiesta) dalla proprietaria. Letto comodissimo e bagno enorme!
− Sconsiglierei la soluzione per chi è troppo alto. I soffitti sono bassi, soprattutto nella zona tv.
