− Problémy s parkováním, kterým jsme nerozumněli. Nejasnost v určení, kde můžeme parkovat a za jakých podmínek.

− Neznalost anglickeho jazyka. Ale rukami nohami a translatorom sme vsetko vybavili... Nesedela cena v bookingu a na mieste. Chceli od nas o 10 eur viac.

7.0Apartman je dobro opremljen i cist, jedino sudje u kuhinji nije bilo cisto i poprilicno je staro, moglo bi se zamijeniti. Blizu je termalne vode.
− Kada smo dosli docekao nas je vjerovatno komsija od vlasnika, koji nam je naplatio spavanje 5 eura vise nego sto je bila cijena na bookingu. Na kraju smo platili 34 eura apartman, sto nije bila cijena sa bookinga. Zbog toga objekat nije ispunio nasa ocekivanja

9.0Wir haben das Apartment aufgrund der Nähe zu den Thermalquellen von Benjes gebucht. Bezahlung und Schlüsselübergabe waren unkompliziert. Von allen Apartments, die wir auf unserer Albanienreise hatten, war sie am besten ausgestattet.
