7.0− The owners could have been a little more helpful. I had difficulty locating the correct apartment building, and unfortunately, the hosts were unable to provide clear identifying details such as the color of the building, which added to the confusion. For personal reasons, I was only able to stay for half of my booking. While I understand the refund policy, I was hoping for a courtesy partial refund under the circumstances, which I did not receive. This was disappointing.
