Does location outweigh inconvenience of entry?
6.0This was our first time staying at this residence and the location was truly excellent—close to fantastic food options, restaurants, and with public transport just nearby. The apartment itself was comfortable with two bedrooms, and lots of storage space, though it was disappointing that no hair dryer was provided.
− The biggest issue was the digital lock system. We were given the access details and code prior to check-in, but they didn’t work. It took over half an hour and multiple messages before we finally received the correct code. Unfortunately, this wasn’t an isolated incident—we were locked out on two other occasions during our stay. Our strong recommendation is that the property replace these unreliable, low-quality digital locks with a more dependable system. It would make a big difference to the overall guest experience
