Really lovely stay. Very comfortable and peaceful. Great location. Enjoyed the cream tea left for us.

Brilliant Stay, will 100% recommend.

Really cosy setting, absolutely loved the fireplace, and I really thought they did a good job with keeping the place fairly modern, but not make you feel like you are living in an apartment/static caravan. Hosts were incredibly friendly and welcomed us with Scones and Clotted Cream after a long drive!

Nice lodge

8.0

The lodge was comfortable and had everything needed.Owners were helpful.Lovely scones Wine etc on arrival which was very nice.Swimming pool looks great but weather was too cold and wet so didn't venture in.

It was unfortunately very cold in the lodge even with the heating on.Had to get the owner to alter the heating timer as there is no way of putting it on yourself which was not ideal. The lodge felt cold and a bit damp due to the wet weather. We had to put the log burner on but even then it only warmed up for a while and bedrooms were very cold. Such a shame as the place its self is lovely. I expect if the weather was warmer it would be lovely.
